The 6 steps of sourcing success
With over 10 years of sourcing experience, we have established a well-proven and scientific 6-step process. From medical devices and complex assemblies to single component parts, we are able to satisfy the needs of our customers.

REQUIREMENT CLARIFICATION
For all projects, first step is to get a 360 understanding of the project, including industry category, volumes, logistical needs, technical requirements, collect drawings, specification, and standards.

SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT
Potential suppliers are searched and evaluated on suitability from our existing network and new suppliers. A short list of suppliers is generated that meet price, volume, and quality requirements.

QUOTATION
Avant prepare and send out clear specifications and requirements for quotation. We communicate with suppliers to resolve technical and commercial questions, and negotiate with them to provide the best competitive offers for final selection.

PROTOTYPING
Ensuring technical feasibility and quality prior to batch production. Initial samples is signed off by Avant and our customer. Multiple iterations of prototyping may be necessary before final sample is approved.
5
ZERO SERIES
The first serial batch (Zero Series) verifies that the production setup, process and fixtures are working properly. Any issue discovered in the Zero Series can be remedied prior to production ramp up.

DELIVERY
Production is scaled up and a supply chain system is established. Appropriate stocks of raw material and WIP goods are defined. We coordinate with your forwarder to arrange shipping. Quality controls prior to each delivery.
