The intended production method may not be suitable for the final product. The choice of production method depend on annual quantity, precision requirement, unit cost, tooling costs, surface requirements etc.
We monitor suppliers to develop production fixtures for improved quality and consistency as well as minimize reliance on worker skill.

CONTROL GAUGE DEVELOPMENT
Control gauges are specially made instruments to measure specific tolerances.
Implementation of gauges allows:

– 100% inspection of some critical measurements
– effective control during production to help correct issues upstream before affecting product quality
