Inspection is a crucial tool, not only to prevent faulty goods reaching customers, but also to help suppliers improve their production process and prevent defects to appear in the first place. LAB TESTS
Avant cooperate with certified laboratories to provide technical tests beyond the scope or capability of suppliers, including chemical, mechanical and property testing, as well as destructive tests. ISO9001 quality system stipulates that inspection gauges need regular calibration, which can also be performed by specialized third party labs.
